B.C.Prabhakar, B.A., B.L. is one of the leading advocate. He is specialized in all kinds of Labour Law Matters, and other civil matters. He is the working President of Karnataka Employers Association, which is a leading and oldest Employers Association in the State of Karnataka.

Mr. B C Prabhakar serves as a non-executive Director of Wipro, Automotive Axles Limited and 3M India Limited. He is a legal advisor to various companies like Dell Computers, IBM Global Services, Motorola India Ltd., NIKE, GE Power Controls India Ltd., GE Lighting India Pvt. Ltd. L & T Ltd., & L & T Komatsu Ltd., etc. He has been a practicing lawyer since April 1970. Mr. Prabhakar holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology and a BL. from Mysore University, India.

Ms. Raj Bhasin has a rich and varied experience of over 40 years. Raj began her carrier as an academician and later expanded into entrepreneurship with the founding of Bhasin Group of companies which comprises of Bhasin International, BS Talents, Bhasinsoft, Bhasin Sports etc.,

She is recipient of several awards. To name a few, she has been continuously winning CAPEXIL since 1997 barring one year. She has won the "Best Woman Entrepreneur in Exports" from Karnataka Government and also as the "Best Business Achiever and Pioneer" from Christ University and "Shining Star" from IBSR college

Raj also chairs many offices in various social forums and industry bodies such as EC Member - NHRD, EC Member - CAIT. Raj has held various positions and headed many initiatives of FKCCI, KASSIA, FIGSI and CDOS.
